Welcome. I’m Casey, a nurse with a 50-year tapestry of care; woven from hospital floors, home health, hospice, and eldercare, with a long chapter in nurse leadership. I grew up in a bustling family of seven, where chaos was the daily workout and high stakes were just part of the training. I followed my mother into nursing, inspired by her dedication (and maybe a little of her “edgy-but-good-nurse” charm). She could have been gentler, but she showed me what it means to care deeply, and I carried that into every patient I’ve had the privilege to serve.

50 year experienced nurse, navigating people with honesty and care.
My journey began as an LVN, then I earned my Registered Nurse Degree in California and spent years marveling at the human body and the miracle of healing. I’ve seen care evolve from bedside shifts to guiding teams, always with a focus on empowering nurses and staff to provide the best possible care for patients. In the last eight years, I’ve found joy in honest conversations. Offering insight and comfort, with practical guidance to people as they navigate their healthcare journeys. I have a passion for talking openly about topics such as end-of-life options, an area our country doesn’t always discuss, but deserves compassionate, clear conversations..and of course sometimes a little humor helps. I also speak candidly about the broken healthcare and insurance systems we are all trying to navigate and understand.
Now, as I approach retirement in name but not in spirit, I’m regenerating and creating a space to share what I’ve learned with individuals, groups and healthcare related organizations. I’m excited to offer services that blend decades of hands-on nursing with honest, supportive dialogue about health, wellness, and end-of-life planning.

After nearly fifty years as a dedicated nurse (yes you read that right), I’ve witnessed firsthand the evolving landscape of our healthcare system. Many of my colleagues—doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals—have long held the values of compassion and patient-centered care close to their hearts. Yet, it's undeniable that our healthcare system often feels overwhelming, broken and fragmented.
